Located in a modern premises in Derrimut, we are an easy 20-minute drive west of the Melbourne CBD or south of Melbourne Airport.

Established in 2009, Carton Concepts offers sales and support of Arden Software's IMPACT software along with an in-house structural CAD and graphic design service for the packaging industry. As packaging designers, we use the software on a daily basis that enables us to have real-world knowledge of the product and features and not just limited to a classroom application.

At the head of Carton Concepts is David Raymer. David first entered the packaging industry in 1993 where he operated a variety of machines used for the manufacture of folding cartons, corrugated packaging, and POS displays. He later moved into packaging design in 2000 where he was responsible for the creation of designs, layouts, and machine routing. Equipped with his first-hand experience of the manufacturing processes and the knowledge of how each design will run through the machines, he was easily able to  identify any potential trouble areas during the design process before tooling was manufactured.

Shortly afterwards in 2006, his knowledge of the packaging industry and the experience of working in the design departments of several packaging companies enabled David to further advance his career when he secured a job as a technician responsible for the  installation and after-sales support for various CAD software packages and CNC machinery throughout Australia and New Zealand.

As the Owner/Director of Carton Concepts, David continues to offer his wealth of knowledge and experience by offering sales and support of Arden Software's IMPACT packaging CAD software to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Further to IMPACT, Carton Concepts is also the Australian agent for the Aristo CNC Knife cutting machines where we sell and support the ARISTOMAT range of machines into the packaging, digital print, signage and gasket industries. We also have a laser cutting/etching service that handles a wide range of materials for producing and processing items such as corporate awards, signs, photo frames, mirrors, architectural models / dioramas, and more.
