Our laser cutting & etching service is available for creating customised items as one-offs or short production runs from a range of different materials.
We can work with many different file types if you have your own files already prepared, or we can take your ideas and create the cut files in-house for a small fee. All jobs are quoted and a PDF proof supplied prior to cutting. We can even supply a 3D PDF if you have an intricate design.

Laser Cutting 3mm MDF
CAKE TOPPERS... Cake toppers are available in a range of different coloured acrylic - usually 3mm but also have 2mm. Sizes vary depending on the wording. We have cut cake toppers for wedding and birthday cakes and even cupcakes.
CUSTOM LETTERING... Individual letters or scripted names can be manufactured from acrylic, MDF, Plywood or even paper and card stocks. Names are usually cut from 3mm materials, though we have done 6mm and even 10mm, though the laser tube power on our cutter is more suited for thinner materials.
LASER ETCHING ... Lasers are great for etching complex designs and patterns into wood, or even into marble, stone, glass, mirrors, textiles - even bread! Wood can be colour-filled with any colour you desire, mirrors can be reverse-engraved and colour-filled, and metal is usually etched with a compound for a permanent marking that is suitable for tools or even medical instruments.
ACRYLIC PANELS... Acrylic is great for laser etching and cutting in a single process. These can be produced in any size and shape along with a range of colours. A standard application is an etched and cut acrylic sheet that can be secured to a plaque or even a wall using stand-offs that are available in different heights or can even allow multiple layers to be used.
