Return Policy

Damaged in Delivery or Incorrectly Delivered

If you receive any parcel that has been damaged during the delivery, incorrectly delivered or different from your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide the following details:

  • Your name, contact number, address and your email address;
  • Tax Invoice number and/or delivery note number.
  • Reason for return.

If the parcel is incorrectly delivered. You must return with suitable packaging to prevent further damage during delivery. We will arrange the correct product to be delivered to you or refund with our customer service centre.
